Learning to scuba dive is easier than you might think – you just need to meet a few simple requirements:

• Minimum age: 10 years old (under 15? You’ll earn a PADI Junior Open Water Diver certification and can upgrade later).
• Comfort in water: You don’t have to be an Olympic swimmer! You just need to swim 200 meters/yards (or 300 meters/yards with mask, fins, and snorkel) at your own pace, and float/tread water for 10 minutes.
• Health & safety: Be in reasonable health for diving. We’ll ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire – if anything comes up, a quick doctor’s check will set you on the right track.
• No experience needed: This course is designed for complete beginners – we’ll guide you every step of the way.
