• PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
• Minimum age: 12 years old (12–14 will earn Junior Rescue Diver)
• Completed EFR Primary & Secondary Care training within the past 24 months (or equivalent first aid & CPR certification – can be taken alongside your Rescue Diver course)
• Good physical health for diving – complete the PADI Medical Questionnaire and obtain doctor’s approval if required
